What’s Included:
1.) Repositioning of the helicopter, from its home base to an airport near the event location of your choice and back to home base.
2.) The exclusive use of a state of the art AW139 VVIP helicopter including crew, for up to six passengers, for the duration of the event as agreed upon.
3.) Up to 60 minutes (1h) of flying time for every day of the event, plus up to 30 minutes on the day prior to the event and on the day after the event.
4.) All applicable landing & handling fees and all fuel, in connection with the above mentioned helicopter flights!
5.) All required and agreed upon road transfers (hotel transfers, leisure transfers, or travel substitutes)!
6.) All necessary and agreed upon baggage transfer, in the air and on the road as applicable.
7.) First class catering while in the air!
8.) Required Travel Assistance before, during and after your event!
